Major Functions:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for producing, sourcing an d managing content across all of over 30 Maldives Resorts concepts in China market.
Major Duties an d Responsibilities:
Develop an d implement marketing strategies to drive online lead generation through various channels including Social Media, Email Marketing, SEO an d SEM.
Track lead conversion rates an d optimise marketing strategies to complement market behaviour / activity.
Web content management an d implementation, including website management.
Engage & acquire new channels an d partners for online/offline lead generation
Brand custodian for 30 Maldives Resorts in China, managing online brand an d product campaigns (event-specific) to raise brand awareness.
Required qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate degree relating to Marketing /Communication
3-5 year experience in Digital Media
Knowledge about social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Tiktok, Facebook an d linkedIn
Proven track record working with social media monitoring tools an d distribution platforms such as HootSuite (or similar)
Excellent communication skills in both written an d spoken English an d Chinese
A passion for online content creation in an d outside of work
Experience of building up a social presence in China
Working Relationships:
Internal - Works closely with the resort DOSM an d Marketing & PR team based to discuss the direction an d strategy for each brand. Daily contact with the local teams in Maldives to get content ideas an d an understanding of our business.
External - Interacts with prospects an d clients that may contact us via social media channels.
